I am so very thankful that we were able to gather as a family on Thanksgiving this year.
(Especially since it almost didn't happen.)
Many things stand out as high points:
- All four of my grandchildren together
- All three of my children together
- A lovely daughter-in-law and son-in-law
- another sweet new face to our gathering~Mike's girlfriend, Holly
But with all the blessings, I must say that the low point was saying farewell
to sweet Amelie, who melts my heart beyond words.
