Mister Adventure and Me

The first time I ever laid eyes on my guy was when I was 14 years old.

I was roller-skating with a girlfriend,

and my Mr Adventure entered from across the rink.

I still remember what he was wearing.....and at my age that is amazing!

He was stopping in to the rink with a guy friend and

I imagine he was on the cruise for the hot chicks in our sleepy little town.

What better place to look than a roller rink?

Anyway, we did not speak or even meet each other that first night.

Although, my girlfriend DID know his name, which she shared with me.

I don't remember too much else about that night so VERY long ago.

Even though we were no where near each other that evening,

my handsome Mister Adventure's sparkling blue eyes melted my young heart.

Eventually, we were destined to meet.
